Given the current national emergency around the Cov19 epidemic, we at Allergy, Asthma, Respiratory Care Medical Center, want to assure our patients that we are taking prudent measures to protect our patients and our staff. Our front office is instructing those who have any sign of upper respiratory illness or feeling sick to stay at home and not come to the office. We have also instituted a social spacing of expanding our waiting area to include the internal and external hallways. We are also continuing to wipe down high touch surfaces in the waiting room, front office, and back office areas. All back office staff will continue to be handwashing after each patient encounter. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves, but for now, we are continuing to see allergy and asthma patients and our research volunteers on our usual schedule.

Very professional and makes you feel at ease at the same time. He has gotten very busy due to that, though I have improved dramatically after seeing him!
I was always seen in a timely manner and I’ve seen Dr. Ratnayake and Dr. Liu. Both have been nice and seemed competent and took the time to explain things to me. Also the front desk and back medical assistants have been nice and considerate as well. When a bill came in and I realized my old insurance had been billed, I had called them to correct the problem. They said they had already seen the problem and had already been rebilled to the correct insurance. It was a simple fix that they corrected right away and I never had to hear about it again. (insurance issues happen in all medical offices). Anyways, I still go to them and will continue. I may take my son there later as well should a problem arise.
The doctor I saw was exceptional and wise.
My visit was great and I look forward to seeing Dr. Kim again.
I recently saw Dr.Kim for a food allergy test. Overall, my experience was very good. He and his staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The doctors and nurses here are very nice and efficient. When I made my appointment they were glad to work around my schedule. When I showed up a few times early to my appointments they took me in when they had a few nurses done early. Overall this is a very great Medical Center for all the allergies you need to take care of.
Dr. Betty Liu was so informative about the allergies. She was patient and answered all my questions. She gave me strategies on how to deal with the allergies, more information about food allergies, and how to manage the family dog without getting rid of it. Right away, my son did so much better. It’s been 6 months now, he is doing great. He is breathing and sleeping better, no more snoring. Best decisions I made regarding my son’s allergies was to consult with Dr. Liu.
